Analog Intelligence provides the Winnie conversational SMS service on behalf of participating retail partners. Customers who visit a participating retail store in person may receive SMS messages related to their shopping experience, including product availability updates, reservation confirmations, post-purchase assistance, and general customer service.

Customers opt in by voluntarily providing their mobile phone number directly to store staff during an in-store visit and verbally consenting to receive SMS follow-up communication.
